How to organize screenshots on iPhone into albums (receipts, recipes, chats, places)
In Photos you can add screenshots to an album by selecting them and choosing Add to Album, which works for a handful. For hundreds, file them while you sort: in Sweepy you swipe a screenshot up to put it in a folder, folders are real Photos albums, and the app suggests one — receipts, recipes, chats, places, shopping — for you to confirm. The free version includes 8 folders.
Folders that are real Photos albums
Screenshots you file stay in the Photos app, in albums you can open there, share and see in iCloud Photos if you use it. Nothing is moved into a private library inside the app, so removing Sweepy later does not take your organisation with it.

Let it suggest, you confirm
Sweepy suggests a folder for common screenshot types such as receipts, recipes, chats, places and shopping. Suggestions are only suggestions: you confirm before anything is filed. Undecided? Put it on the Later pile and come back.
Notes, tags and text search
Any screenshot can carry a note and tags, and Sweepy searches the text inside screenshots in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese, so the order number in a receipt is enough to find it — see searching text in screenshots. To clear the ones you do not need first, start with deleting screenshots.

What this cannot do
- The free version includes 8 folders; unlimited folders need Pro.
- Suggestions cover common categories; anything else you file by hand.
- iPhone only, iOS 15 or later.
