Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Burak Köse ("I", "me", "the developer") handles information in connection with the mobile applications I publish, including WikiScroll, Gutenberg, Dual Camera, Teleprompter, Screen Specs and Stamp Diary, and any future apps that link to this policy (collectively, the "Apps").

I take your privacy seriously and aim to collect as little personal data as possible. By using the Apps, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information I Collect

Information you provide

Some Apps let you create content locally on your device. This content is generally stored on your device and is not transmitted to me unless a feature explicitly requires it.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Apps, certain information may be collected automatically by me or by the third-party services listed below:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, language, region)
• Advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID)
• App usage and diagnostic data (crashes, performance, feature interactions)
• Approximate, non-precise location inferred from IP address

App analytics

The Apps include a small analytics tool that I built and run myself. It sends usage events to a server I operate so I can see how the Apps are used and fix what does not work. No third-party analytics company receives this data. It includes:

• A random identifier created by the App on your device (not your name, email, Apple ID or advertising identifier)
• Screens viewed, buttons tapped (with the tap position on the screen) and in-app actions, such as finishing onboarding, recording a video or reading an article
• Session start and end times, app version, and when the App was first installed
• Device and settings information: device model, operating system version, language, region, time zone, screen size, text-size and accessibility settings, battery and network type
• Whether you allowed permissions such as camera, notifications or tracking — never the content of your photos, videos or recordings
• Subscription status and purchase events, linked to the anonymous identifier used by RevenueCat
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics provided by iOS
• Your country, which my server reads from the network request; your IP address is used only to block abuse and is not stored

This data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it is not sold or shared for advertising. Tap data is deleted after 90 days and all other analytics data after about 13 months (400 days).

2. Advertising

The Apps may display advertisements served through Google AdMob. To show ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process device identifiers and usage data to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising.

You can control ad personalization in your device settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Reset Advertising Identifier" on iOS, or opting out of ads personalization on Android). Where required, the Apps will request your consent before using data for personalized ads.

3. Third-Party Services

The Apps rely on trusted third-party providers that may process data on my behalf. These may include:

• Google AdMob — advertising (privacy policy)
• Apple — app distribution and, where applicable, app analytics (privacy policy)
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management (privacy policy)
• Hetzner and Cloudflare — hosting and network delivery for my analytics server (Hetzner, Cloudflare)

Each provider handles data according to its own privacy policy. I encourage you to review them.

4. How Information Is Used

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Apps
• To display and measure advertisements
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• To understand how features are used and where people get stuck, so I can improve them

I do not sell your personal information.

5. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will delete it.

6. Data Retention & Security

I retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Reasonable measures are taken to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact me at the address below. Analytics data is tied only to a random identifier kept on your device (it can survive deleting and reinstalling the App), so I cannot look you up by name or email; if you want your analytics data removed, email me and I will help you find and delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
